Plantish was born during the quiet of Covid in Jamaica, in a garden I tended with my grandmother. What began as a simple connection to the land grew into something much deeper after I was diagnosed with PCOS. The treatments I tried didn’t bring me comfort, but the herbal remedies my grandmother passed down did. They helped me feel balanced in my body and reconnected me to my roots.
